Seems as if simple doesn't have the time to do this soooo, I'm just trying to ask who the community thinks the most devoted and helpful members are (with little to no band on record) who could set the basis/foundation for staff to come

Staff bias one way or another was an issue, same with a big difference in punishment severity, where as some cases are different from each other there really was no clear punishment guideline. (Though it is difficult to apply for this kinda gamemode)

Could be easier if there was an actual guideline that was enforced.

The biggest problem was drama. There was one point where the staff team was 3 different cliques. It wasn't like that before, but it got there eventually, and I just kinda sat back and let it coast because I wasn't able to do a thing about it

Hold staff meetings occasionally, not have such inner circles so decisions aren't biased, and keep a dialogue with the community. I'd say that would be a good start.

that is a good idea, that would def help coordinate the staff better, I think that any future staff member should be mature enough to put petty beef aside so that they can work alongside other chronet admins for the greater good of chronet on some real shit

A punishment guideline wasn't needed. What was needed was an admin guideline, a proper set of protocols for the admins to follow and how to handle situations such as an appeal or re-appeal or re-offenders, how to/a place to handle admins abusing especially admins who wanted to report other admins for abuse. Guidelines on leniency and Chronet's aim in upholding the rules.

Would have happened if we had an active leader. Simple was supposed to hold those meetings so hopefully when we have a real CM that shouldn't be a problem.

I think, although maybe unpopular, that admins should be limited to strictly over 16, no exceptions. We've seen examples of immaturity time and time again, and most under 16 apps got denied anyway.
