Implement a system where an administrator can enforce a blacklist of certain players who cannot correctly roleplay as a specified job.

Huuuuge +1. Being able to ban from jobs for certain periods of time is one of the best ways to punish for minor rule breaks. I used to use this a LOT for cops on the old server I was admin on. Most people who aren't minges learn to RP better after a short job ban.

I'm not sure how I feel about this.
It could be pretty subjective as to who would think should be blacklisted, and another saying 'no you're wrong sit down'.
Now if it was all temporary, maybe, but I don't think this should be a rushed process.

Most blacklists are on timers (Like bans) E.g. You shoot a G.O. as a cop you get a 12hr blacklist. (Is what i believe he means.)

What about appeals? Will they just go under ban appeals or a new section?

I would like to see blacklists last until the user appeals and gets accepted back, otherwise they will wait it out and repeat whereas someone legitimately sorry or victim of circumstance/misunderstanding will most likely be able to appeal quickly.
